Award-winning director Atri Banerjee, arts leader Pim Baxter OBE, and education professional Dr Kerry Jordan-Daus join the Marlowe Theatre board.

The Marlowe Theatre has appointed three new board trustees. Award-winning theatre director Atri Banerjee brings extensive directing experience from venues including the Almeida Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company. Pim Baxter OBE contributes over 35 years of arts leadership, having spent 22 years at the National Portrait Gallery as Deputy Director. Dr Kerry Jordan-Daus currently serves as CEO of Veritas Multi Academy Trust.

These appointees “bring a wide and diverse range of experience and expertise” to support the theatre’s expansion. The organisation plans to produce large-scale touring theatre, establish a Creative Learning Centre in the Poor Priests’ Hospital, and expand educational programmes across Kent.
